Laptop Graphic Cards etc.

i was just wondering if you would be able to get graphic cards for laptops and other up gades. if so can you please give suggestions.:D

Certain laptops can use certain cards. There is no standard for all laptops, and very few even offer the ability to be upgraded.
 
i have got a HP Pavilion dv2000 what upgrades would i be able to make to it?

well what card is in your HP. If you've got a 7300 or equivalent then you can realistically go up to 7900 gtx but its gunna be something around 300 i expect. Dont get your hopes up on dx10 cards tho. Rock quoted me for the uprade from a 7800gtx to a 7900 gtx at 300.
 
I have a sony vaio vgn-fs790b. game like call of duty 2 won't play because it doesn't support the graphics card. Can this laptop be upgraded to an ATI or nVidia Gforce chipset?
