Cromewell Administrator Staff member Jan 16, 2007 #7 You can if you get a drive caddy that takes 2.5" drives and remove the drive from the laptop
B BluesFan New Member Jan 17, 2007 #8 The hard drive is out. What is a drive caddy? Does it connect the drive to the desktop?
Cromewell Administrator Staff member Jan 18, 2007 #9 It's a case that connects via usb or firewire. This is the newegg catagory: http://www.newegg.com/ProductSort/SubCategory.asp?SubCategory=92&name=External-Enclosures Just be sure to pick the right size and interface type.
