hi everyone,
i'm having a problem in my pc and and laptop, whenever i'm using the pc or the laptop, sometimes it will display a blue screen and it will restart, after restart it will display a black screen which count down the time, as in safe mode, start window normally etc.. sometime can't even login to the window, it will restart again... is there someone that can help mi with this?

regrad,
Dominic

you have to tell us the error that the blue screen has, if it resets B4 you can read it. The next time in windows , go to control panel, click system, then the advanced tab, then start up recovery - the settings tab, then uncheck automatic restart.

The first one seems to refer to your login process where you choose your profiles and such.. The second one..

It sounds like it can be the Sasser worm, but then again it may not be. Unless you know that it is infact a lower case "L" or an upper case "i", then you wont know the difference. But I don't think it is, I hope not. Have you experienced a time when using your pc where there is a dialog pop up with a timer saying that Windows will shut down in an approximate amount of seconds?

Since these can be system processes.. have you tried doing a restore? Just pop in a Win. XP disc and select "R" to restore it from the menu when it boots up.

the answer is nope.

i format instead of restore.
