Hello Cathy! Welcome to the forum!

Those are identical systems except for the hard drive size. The Walmart listing only shows a 250GB hard drive while the hhgregg listing comes with a 320GB hard drive (GB = GigaBytes).

Each system you listed comes with 4GB of memory and a 1.2GHz Dual-Core processor. While it won't be a powerhouse of a laptop, it will be a significant upgrade in performance compared to your current Toshiba. You will notice a speed difference.

OK. You should be just fine then. I didn't consider that you might be gaming already on your Toshiba.

Yes, this will be a big step up from the Toshiba.

You will have plenty of room. You will be able to store tens of thousands of songs and photos on that machine. Yes, it will render web pages faster. As for downloading them, that will depend upon your internet service.

The 4GB of RAM will not allow you to store more (as I think you mean it). That job goes to the much larger 350GB hard drive. Simply put, the system's RAM allows you to have more programs open at once and run faster doing so. 4GB of RAM is getting to be quite common now on modern computers.
