Laptop HP Pavilion 15 doesn't turn on

Hello, please advise, yesterday I turned off the laptop and today when I tried to turn it on, it won't start at all, it is an HP Pavilion 15 -dk0027nc ntb, I tried to turn it on both on battery and only on AC with the battery disconnected and nothing, the same thing every time, only the power button lights up for about 5 seconds and then goes out again, the fans and the SSD do not move. I also tried the reset by pressing and holding the button for 30s, but unfortunately nothing.

Do you think the laptop is definitely over?

When I press the power button, it lights up for 5s and then goes out, during which neither the fan nor the SSD nor the display turn on. The light also lights up when the charging cable is connected.
 
Most HP's power light or caps lock blinks to let you know the code that tells you whats wrong with it. Weird that I can't find anything about diagnostic lights for this model though.
