laptop internet issue

i had to replace the hard drive in my sisters laptop because everytime it turned on, it was good for a few seconds and then froze. never fully loaded up. replaced it, installed vista 32 bit, and it works fine (besides mouse being somewhat laggy...think i just need the update driver for it?) but the issue is it cant get on the internet wirelessly anymore unless i put in an external piece. does anyone know where to find the correct driver or whatever i need for it? it's an acer aspire 3300. i've tried the things from a couple sites, but to no avail
