Laptop isn't as fast as it should be!

My new laptop arrived today and, well, it's not behaving as it should...

I've been told that this was a really good buy, but it's just so slow.
Please can someone tell me what I need to do to fix this!

Check your specs to make sure they are what they are supposed to be.

If those are you specs you should have no problem on it, might want to go into the radeon catalyst center and check your graphic settings.
