Laptop Lagg Problem.

Hello there!

I'm newbie and i need some help.
First of all i have a laptop hp pavilion dv7 with windows7
and thing is it started to lagg. I noticed that lagg comes from CPU, it like jumps in the graph from 5%-60% and sometime to 100%..

I thought it was my heat problems, but my cooler was cleaned and still problem is..

I have intel core duo CPU, that means critical temp is 100 degree and with speccy it shows ~60

I Don't have any other ideas whats wrong, maybe someone could help me?

What process is using most of the cpu?

Nothing. I just start the pc and i can see this:

Click on the processes tab and click on the cpu column so you see what is using it.

Its only windows-needed processes, nothing els..
