Laptop monitor problem

My laptop monitor keeps going on the blink just randomly it goes black and then goes back to normal before it would say your display driver has recovered from a failure or something like that but it does not do anything like that it just goes black and then goes back to normal. Graphics = Intel (R) Graphics media accelerator for mobile. Help please this problem drives me crazy.
 
How would i do that ?

EDIT i am downloading the update now i will let you all know if it stops the problem.

Ok since updating the Intel media accelerator driver transparency for my theme is not working and i think Aero is not working either. Anyway this could be fixed ?

EDIT - Fixed it myself all i needed to do was update the score system of the laptop.
