laptop painting?

hello everyone.

i have a toshiba laptop and a lot of paintwork has worn off from resting my hand below the keyboard section. it is silver but now has two black splodges, i was just wondering if its possible to paint a laptop and if so, how? thankyou in advance!

rather than have the hassle of paint why dont you try getting some stick on labels by one of the companies that make up you system i.e. intel, amd etc that would cover the marks and tidy it up.

he explains what he done in that site,all i can say is try and get some quality spraypaint...not the cheap stuff and take your time,dont rush it

Yeah, that guide pretty much covers it. All I would do differently is maybe sand some parts down a bit to try and help the paint/primer stick. I recall hearing somewhere of someone putting some kind of plastic over their wrist pad area after painting to keep it from wearing down (again )
