hi i wonder if anyone can help on this . a friend of mine is having a problem with drag and drop on messenger [ie]can't open the window to full screen,she also has a photo on ,could that be the prob ............ thank's
 
hi sorry ,she is on msn messenger and the email box she is typing in is very small . she cant enlarge it ,she get's the resizing arrows but they dont work
 
If she cant enlarge the message box and she is defragging at the sametime as talking, there is a really good chance that the defrag is causing the issue. Your best bet when you defrag is to not do anything else while it is working. Defragging moves files around and uses most if not all your system resources when running, so if you run other programs tehy will be slow
