I have a Dell Inspiron that has been running slow. So I opened it up and cleaned the dust out with a can of air. However, about a month later, i can feel that the comp is starting to load slower (programs and stuff like IE). what could be the problem? should i continue to clean it?

Well if its running slower, it's usually not a hardware thing or a dust thing. It's just your operating system slowing down due to framentation, extra programs, residue of extra/deleted programs, malware/adware, etc. You can try a disk cleaning, clean our your registry (be careful...), and defragment your HD. If it's too much of a hassle and you dont have much to lose, you can also do a full restoration. That'll wipe out your system and set it back to original configuration.
