Laptop Purchase: Advice/Suggestions?

700m has a kind of a small screen. looks sharp but a 12.1 inch screen. and if only the 6000 wasn't so heavy.

sometimes when you order laptops you have to watch the weight of what they say. usually the poundage is given without a battery. 12 cells are 2 pounds.

i know how you feel. my inspiron 9100 is 10.9 pounds. i use it as a desktop only. too much work to carry around. it games like a beast though.
 
i'd prefer a smaller screen personally. if i could choose a 10" or a 15" i would definetly go 10". I seen a 8" laptop as well, recently new, lol...i guess im hooked on small?
