Laptop RAM stick

Had an old laptop and decided to disassemble it.
256MB ram, shown in the attachment.
How much do you guys think i can get for it? what would an average price be of this component?

I'm not sure if it has any value now; my 1024MB RAM had a max value of only $12.

Maybe $5 if that as 256mb is a small amount of memory and most people are looking for 1gb or 2gb sticks.

You'll probably only be able to give it away - $5 max if even.

I think shipping would cost more than what it is worth. The only reason someone would want it is for downgrading, filling empty slots, or for the gold.
