Laptop requirements: Play Battlefield 2 mid-high, Cheap

I'm starting to think of replacing my laptop with something new. I'm a major fan of Battlefield 2, so I'd love to be able to play it on a laptop. Among other things, it would be required to let me program/compile .exe's. The cheaper the better (Say around <$800).

I really don't know a lot about graphics and laptops. My current one I have is three years old, when dedicated cards were a rare thing (Dell E1505).

Any help or suggestions would be welcomed warmly.

That one should be awesome for the price range. Asus in my experience have been the best laptop manufacturer, and for $800 this one is sweet.

[El quad core]

That Asus computer is sick and they really do make some of the best Laptops. Acer isn't quite as good.
