laptop taskbar problem

hi. i wonder if anyone can help me with my laptop. my taskbar took forever just to load finish. before this when i switvh on my laptop it took only a few minutes to load finish and i can click on start menu but these few days i have to wait then i can click on start menu. plz help me... it's really annoying...
 
Try the following.

1.Run Defrag
2.Run msconfig and disable all non essentyial start up programs
3.Run atleast two adaware programs, ie spybot and adaware
4.Run a registyr cleaner
5.Keep up to date and run your antivirus system

I am thinking of the fac tthat the explorer.exe may not work well at that point. I 'd suggest to stop it and start it again. Call the task manager (CTRL+ALT+Delete) , kill the explorer.exe process and then say new task explorer.exe and see if it works
