Laptop Toshiba Satellite L 70 D-A Windows 10 64 bit AMD A10-5750M APU Keyboard does not work. Kaspersky virtual keyboard works.
 
If a virtual keyboard works then you likely have a hardware fault with the keyboard, most keyboards are plug and play and windows automatically loads drivers.
You can probably find replacement keyboards off ebay, or take it to a tech for this to be done

Usually system restore is turned off by default in windows 10. Unless you specifically turned it on you won't have that option. If you want to see if you have a restore point
Type recovery in the start search box and click recovery in the window that opens>open system restore
