Laptop USB Ports freezing

Alright so i have a HP Probook 4530s Notebook.

When i start the computer i don't have any problems what so ever but after 30min or so the USB ports start freezing for a few seconds and i hear the standard "USB Plugged Out" sound and then i can use my microphone and this goes on until the USB ports just stops working.

If i have, say, my mouse in one port and that port stops working it is possible to change to another port but that port will stop working shortly after to until all ports have been used and stops working.

If i restart the computer all ports are working and the cycle begins again...

I don't think it's a heating problem because everything is around 30-45 degrees celcius.

I don't know what to do so please help me.

Most likely it is overheating, not the processor but the chipset that controlls the usb ports or an electrical issue.

Seems wierd that it would be overheating since the computer is as warm now as it usually is and always have been.

It's worth noting that the computer was reinstalled about 2 weeks ago because of a harddrive crash but the drivers for everything seems to be installed.
I personally reinstalled the drivers for the USB ports yesterday.
