Laptop Video Card Upgrades?

Hey,
I was just wondering: is it even possible to upgrade laptops' components like a desktop?

[ I was thinking of getting the Acer 8200, but I would want to put in a better graphics card one day (Like the Nvidia 7800). Is that possible? What about CPUs or hard drives? ]
