laptop video card?

Where in heck can I get a new video card for my laptop? I have a dell xps m140 and i have been all over the net looking and cant find one. I just want to upgrade it becuase it scores a 1.0 for vista right now and i'm looking to get up to at least a 3.5 or more... any suggestions would be amazingly appreciated!
 
What do you have now?

Generally they cant be upgraded, but some of them can. I've checked ebay for my E1505 and I've only found a GeForceGo 7950GTX (which doesnt fit Dell's), and one x1400 (which I already have).
 
Ouch, if you have integrated graphics then im 99.9% sure you can't upgrade to anything since it doesnt have a dedicated graphics slot.
