Latest version of AdAware

What are your thoughts on getting the latest version of Adaware ? I have McAfee installed. On a previous version of AdAware which I had , I didn't really see it finding anything of importance and it also slowed down my computer when I started it up. Although the company claims that this newer version finds more "things" than the previous one did and that it doesn't slow down your computer as much. So do you think it is needed or worth purchasing if one has McAfee already installed ?
 
Its better than 2008, but still not as good as SE, I hate all the bloatware they put in it, and the annoying task icon on the free version.
 
An old version of Ad-aware which was good for its time (2005/06) but was replaced by 07 which was replaced by 08 which was replaced by AE.
