:D I was checking out what my computer specs are, got this little thing about 4 years ago for nearly $1500, it has a 20GB hard drive, 1.0GHz Intel Celeron processor and only 192MB RAM memory as of right now. Had to take off my 120GB drive because it seems like it just died and I had a bad 256 memory I had to take off too so it's down to those crappy specs now, it seems funny though.:eek:
 
its not a bad system for its age, i had and athlon t-bird 1 GHz in 2000 though.... bloody thing cost me an arm and a leg :P
 
It's actually working better since I took the 256 memory and the bad hard drive. No more crashing.

Back in 2000 we had a windows 98 computer with some 8GB hard drive and I think it was a 500MHz processor, and dial up of course :D
 
Pft... what are you complaining about? I have a PII running my firewall and a K6-2 400MHz with 96MB of RAM for a File Server. :P
 
Yeah I shouldn't complaint, the other day I saw an old ad [maybe I saw it here] selling an 80MB hard drive for some $2.000, it was just funny.
 
we have a celeron 300mhz, with 64mb ram, 6gb hdd running 98! it actually works pretty fast for internet and stuff.
 
Well it’s not bad anymore! Besides it is quite good! I mean it has a good system. And you are lucky to have it for a $1500 well not bad! Is there anyone has that kind of PC condition? I Think I will be interested with it!

i have a pIII 450mhz, 64mb ram running xp pro that i use for print server/file storage, and it runs pretty fast for just internet use
 
the worst PC ive got at the moment is an old Pentium I running at a blistering 133Mhz, 16Mb RAM and a 2Gb HDD..... no ports whatsoever apart from PS/2 and graphics, not even sound..... Needless to say i dont even bother switching that one on.

The worst one that i actually use is my beauty of a K6 system, 500Mhz, 96Mb RAM, its a beauty because it has a custom paint job, w00t, UT2003 themed, rocks a$$ severely......
