LCD Monitor not working

I have just finished re-cabling all the cables behind the mobo tray. And it looks very neat. But when i turn on the computer, the LCD Monitor doesn't show anything. But it does receive the signal. What would be the problem?
 
OK this is going to sound stupid. Did you plug in the monitor to a power outlet? Also on the cable that goes to you monitor/mobo, unplug it, then plug it back in and press pretty firm.
 
I'll go check now, but i'm pretty sure i did.
I think it's something to do with the computer because I connected my other monitor and that couldn't get a signal either. If so, what would be wrong with the computer? The graphics card is plugged in properly.
