LCD monitors, can you connect?

Hi,

Can you connect two lcd monitors to get like one big one, like lets say can you hook two 20" monitors together to get a 40". I sorry if this sounds stupid, it was just a thought i had and i wasn't sure if you could do it, thanx for your imput.

If your video card support dual displays(meaning on the back you have 2 vga conections or 2 dvi or one of both) then the answer Is yes am pretty sure.

2 20" screens wont get you 40" though, you'd need 4 20" screens (and 2 video cards in sli mode or vias agp+pcie board) for that. The screen size is measured diagonally corner to corner not horizontally corner to corner.

You can also do the same by using 2 video cards.

or just dual PCIe (the K8T890 you and I both love-so-much supports dualie but not SLI)
