You mean the big lcd tvs?

We have a Sony 40", 120Hz LCD HDTV 1080P. It's fantastic, I would recommend getting a 120Hz or 240Hz LCD TV, it makes the movies, especially blu-ray, play very smoothly.

I bought a high contrast 2ms 22" Samsugn monitor last year. Love it, super smooth, super awesome display, fast response time. Run all things at max settings at 1680 x 1050 with the exception of crappy coded games that I need to bump down settings on. Games that are coded properly I run at max, and have no issues.

I found a bad ass deal on newegg the other day, that I almost bought two of these off the bat, but I need to stop spending money right now...

For $200 a pop, you can't beat that deal I don't think.

i have dual samsung syncmasters 24" that have been very nice.
as far a tv's i love the sony and features. its a 40" and wish i bought 44" minimum.

Well, I am kind of the best deal for your dollar kind of person. Those Samsungs, for $200 a pop, you can't beat it. They are great, and they won't let you down. I don't think they are LED back lit, and the LED array ones (which have full arrays of LEDs in the back) are still expensive. I just bought a new TV and to go from LED back lit, to full array LED jumped my price range just over $1,000. So, I stuck with the LED TV, though I really would have liked to have the LED array, but I can't justify the cost differences at this point in time. So I spent $1,500.00 on a TV instead of $2,700.00 on a LED array TV.

I would like to run dual monitors, with a nice KVM so I can run dual monitors on all my desktops. I just don't have the desk space at the moment. My next major upgrade will be two LCDs like those, with a nice KVM to do dual monitors.

KVMs are freaking expensive though....

I believe he means a KVM that will allow him to run dual monitors on multiple PC's, not just one monitor.

Correct, 4 total desktops on dual monitors. Mac dual G5 desktop, Mac Mini, two custom built PCs.

Oh and to the OP, if you can find a LED with same specs and good price jump on it. The problem is, I can't find one to justify the price differences at the moment when comparing specs.

No matter what you get though, they all need to be recycled someday anyway, whether you use standard LCD or LED LCD.

I have a 23" Vizio LED TV I hook up to my laptop to watch movies off my network. It's really got a great looking picture!
