I am thinking of adding some led's in my case when i get it. I will build up my own lighting system, but where should i get the power? A molex plug? How about the floppy power plug?

You should come with power plugs that go right into the power supply. Cathode tubes have a converter adapter box that plugs into a molex connector of your PSU. It should be pretty self-explanatory when you get them.

Well that is the thing. I was going buy led's by themselves and solder up my own circuitry, just not too sure where the best place to get power from would be?

the positive anode needs to go into the yellow line(12 volts), and the negative anode needs to go into the black line(ground), but you'll also need resistors to avoid burning out the led

indeed, you will need some 1k resistors. got a load if you need some
