Leftover folders - can't delete them

I've got 3 folders left after playing with dual and triple boot that I can't delete.
"Access is denied."
I've checked permissions in Safe Mode and admin does not have Full Control, only System has. I logged in as a System user but same thing.
I tried to use KillBox with no luck.
Any ideas how to get rid of them?

Killbox didnt work? Wow Have you tried changing permissons? If not then right click the file or folder and click the "Security" tab and highlight the one that looks like this Username (Username-PC/Username). Then click Edit. Then highlight that one again and put check marks next to the ones that dont have them.

I had to take ownership (in Advanced) of this folder in order to be able to change anything. Then add my username to the list. I granted Full Control to all possible account (including mine). Still the same!!
...just checked one thing...
put a tick next to: "Replace permission entries on all child objects... " and voila!!
All gone!!
