I dunno... legal or not I doubt that anyone would care. By OEM do you mean that it only came with the CD... no manual or box or anything?

Unless it has something that says "not to be sold separately" on the slip. I doubt you would get a good price for it online though.

MSRP IS 49.99 FOR RETAIL and newegg -45.00 on the list so i would say thats the price.

Yeah, but games don't have a good resale value at all... you could probably get $20 out of it on eBay.

I've bought and sold OEM discs.. Maybe you should try craigslist or something, if craigslist is active in your area.

You can try eBay to sell it, or try amazon.com as a seller. I have sold several OEM discs there, for near full price. Check out the prices, for "I have One to sell". Just describe it as "OEM - Disc only" and you are good to go.
