I have a problem with Lenovo Thinkpad P15s: cooling fan works well at start and during some hard processes, such as rendering or counting, or gaming, when CPU and GPU need additional cooling. But if I start to do something, that doesn't need high performance, and doesn't require the fan to work, in a few minutes I hear a short quiet beep sound from the laptop, and after this sound fan stops working till I reboot the whole device or put it into hibernate mode. So fan doesn't work after being idle for a few minutes.
That's why I can't even use sleep mode, because modern windows 11 laptops do not completely sleep, so fan doesn't respond when laptop is awaken. I already tried to reinstall windows devices related to cooling and performance control, didn't help.
