Lenovo drivers

I'm using a Lenovo win7 PC "Idea Pad". I am running Windows 7 32-bit that came with the computer on a product recovery DVD. Just last week, I re-formatted my computer and re-installed windows 7 off the same disc. Unfortunately, I have had problems with the drivers ever since. The biggest problem is that about every 5 minutes, the graphics driver fails, and a message appears in the notification center that says "Intel graphics accelerator driver for vista(R) stooped responding and has recovered" or something like that, it doesn't appear long enough to write the whole thing down. I am using windows 7 so vista is obviously the wrong driver. Usually if I'm playing music when the graphics driver fails I get a blue screen of death error (which doesn't appear long enough to read it) and then shuts down, so there might be a problem with my audio card driver too. The recovery disk also came with a driver cd, but when I open it, there are only a bunch of zip files that I don't know the meaning of. I'm also not sure how to update drivers in the device manager. Can anyone help me?

Please provide the model number of the laptop, then we can direct you to updated drivers.
