WIndows 10 Lenovo P52s Touchscreen but not compatible with Stylus Pen

Hi all,

I own a Lenovo P52s (20LB001BUS). I have tried to get a pen to you on my touchscreen laptop but non of them worked. Even tough Lenovo sale support confirmed 2 pens I previously purchased are compatible with the P52s I own, I couldn't use it.

Lenovo technical service could not confirm the machine is compatible with a pen or not (how stupid it is... )

If anyone can help me find an answer on this, greatly appreciated...
