Lenovo Tab 3 8 , good choice or not?

Lenovo Tab3 8 Tablet is $109.99 on Lenovo shop, which is running Android 6 while
Lenovo TAB 2 A7-20 Tablet is only $74.99 but it's running Android 4.4.

Which one is better? Is Tab 3 8 of better value? Is Android 4.4 an operating system going to be outdated from the markte a little bit? My concern is that I will not be able to update some apps if the Android version is getting old.

I'd personally opt for a Samsung or Asus tablet, especially if you want longevity of OS updates.

I've shrunk your text size down, it accomplishes nothing other than giving the impression of angry question yelling. :)
 
From what I have read as it stands right now that most android application are built to run on 4.4 as this OS holds majority market share and these application will still run on 6.+. A larger concern to me is that tablet only offers 1GB of memory, the standard on tablets these days seems to be 2GB and if you want any decent performance that is the direction I would go to.
