Nah. I think i'll need the Macbook Pro cause I'll be having 3D Rendering courses soon and I do want to practice even when I'm not in class and the HD2400 GPU in the Macbook might not be up to it.

Plus, I want to play Test Drive Unlimited and Left 4 Dead.

Okay, another question. Dual boot with Vista or XP? I don't really care about DX10.

No they aren't. The law suit between the two companies is actually kept private and no one will ever know the out come unless psystar is forced to close their doors.

They are engaged in what is called an Alternative Dispute Resolution (or ADR) and it is an agreement where the two parties meet in private to discuss the legal matters between them with out actually having gone to court yet.

Psystar was countering Apple with an Anti-Trust lawsuit that just got thrown out of court like a week ago, and have until December 8th of 2008 to refile their complaint or it gets thrown out all together.

No one has sued anyone for money yet.

I'm probably 100% sure I'll be getting the Macbook Pro with the C2D @ 2.53 ghz, 4gb memory and the 9600GT 512mb GPU. My sister will speak to her friend that sells Apple desktops and laptops really cheap tomorrow since we can't seem to get hold of him via mobile phone.

I'm so excited! I can play Test Drive Unlimited again!
