Less performance...?

Last time I ran Windows Experience Index my gaming graphics score was 7.9, but when I ran the WEI assessment this time my gaming graphics score dropped to 7.8. Why?!
 
Also as we've said before WEI is basically useless for truly assessing the power of a computer. I've seen my numbers vary a bit sometimes but it doesn't really matter.
 
It could be driver related, perhaps you have more background tasks running, or it could just be that your score is right in the middle between the two so any slight differences throw off the score by a point.
