Recently I have been viewing many tv shows online. I have hooked up my computer to my TV and everything has been working great. One problem however has been that while viewing a video through a browser you still have the top and the bottom of the browser as well as the start bar in view. Are there any programs available that will effectively put a black letterbox on the top and bottom portions of the screen leaving only the video to be viewed?

Assuming you are doing this legally you can press th e F11 key and make the browser go full screen. Try that, and sometimes you can double click on the video and have it go full screen.
