LG cd drive

I was fiddeling around with some old computers i had kicking around in the garage, and i came across a new lg 52x32x52 rewriteable drive. I want to put this in my pc, however. it is white, and my pc is black. Can i buy a black face to fit this drive?
 
I don't know about that particualar drive, but I have painted faceplates before. I actually used spraypaint with matalic specs in it. The drive looked really neat :)
 
Well of course it depends if the drive even had a black cover... Maybe you'll be lucky and someone will have some spare faceplates. I beleive the retail version of my DVD-Burner came with 3 different face plates. Have you checked ebay for someone possibly selling off their old one? Or maybe you could find a generic one that might work if the button and all lines up.
 
yeah i checked ebay, nothing, its a popular drivei think, i have seen them lots, and there very new. i will keep looking on ebay i guess
 
i think most drives dont use faceplates, my memorex dvd burner doesnt have any faceplates. And if you spraypaint it, there are no logos on it (unless you find some to put on)
