I have an issue on my G4,which is it crashes frequently.
Strangely,it does not happen in games which use more memory,but in whatsapp while typing,or doing light stuff.
I dont think that it is a Ram problem as the device has 3GB of ram,also I don;t have many apps on it,the regular games,social media,youtube and thats kind of it.
Any ideas?
Also do you guys think that it is going to recieve the android 7.0 update?

Have you tried resetting your phone? Thats the first thing they will tell you to do when there is a problem.

I can't wait for the update ! I really hope it will be this month or that it will be at all.

The phone was reset about 3 months ago after it had some display problems and got it to warranty.
