I've tried searching and I simply cannot find a thorough review of this 17" LCD. I've read a few user opinions, of which all of them said they liked it, but I'd like something a bit more professional. The specs are good, having a 550:1 contrast ratio and a 12ms response time.

Was wondering if anybody has this monitor and can give me their pros/cons. Or can anybody lead me to a review of this monitor?

What would you be using it for? If it's for a gaming rig you might want to look at a slightly faster response time, but for office/web type use it would be fine. It'd probably also be fine for watching movies and the sort.
 
LCD's are heavily dependant on what you intent to use them for. If it is for gaming, you need a low response time while keeping in mind "you get what you pay for". As stated by neuro, if you want a screen for simple usage such as web browsing/emailing, that screen would be perfectly fine.

Yea it all goes with your taste. Personally, i just bought a Samsung 19' 915n and i love it so much more than my crt.
 
Isn't 12ms fine for gaming? One step better would be 8ms - is there much of a difference? As long as it doesn't exhibit major ghosting it would be fine for me.
