lg775 fan on a AMD K7 Socket A/462

okay my friend has a AMD K7 Socket A/462 motherboard and his cpu is overheating and causing it to slow down, will the q6600 stock heatsink fit on that board?

No. LGA775 heatsinks have a push pin mounting bracket that doesn't fit on other boards.
