Not sure if you are asking for help or what with this thread, but yeah..
your mobo is more expensive i like the 63 dollar one... oh and the ram is 2X512 not a 1g stick

Yeah, the motherboard is more expensive. The one you are interested in, it's a Micro ATX, so to ensure that you're 100% set, you would probably be looking at micro ATX cases, not mid or full ATX cases.

If you want to be even cheaper, you don't even need that video card since your motherboard already has onboard.

The stick is 2x512 because you want 1gb right? 2x512 will let you run dual channel, which is much better than the single pqi 1gb.
 
If you want the upgradability, the GA-965P-S3 is very similar to the DS3, aside from the lack of solid state capacitors and comes with a lower pricetag.
