Library not registered?

When I try to install a game on Windows 7 I get
Library not registered?
How can I fix this?

What game? Any other specific info it is telling you? Usually its a .dll file.

How are you installing it from cd? Open the cd and run setup.exe. Are you on an account with admin privileges?

From CD and yes it's my computer which I'm the admin.
