Library not registored

I was trying to load a game and I got an error message "Library not registered" Error Number 0x80040702 Description: Failed to load DLL: cd Key Setup will now terminate
What can I do to fix this?

What game? If you google search that error message with the game, you should see some hits on it and possibly a fix. Are you installing the game or trying to play it?
