Alright guys (and girls
) I'm back, and ready to give some more questions!!!!
Here we go....
I recently purchaced the Apevia (formally Aspire) X-Dreamer II Black w/ side panel...http://aspireusa.net/product.php?pid=86 It's an effin sweet case... LED's are a charm, but VERY bright. Now, I haven't bought the rest of my parts, so it's sitting in my room...Also, I'm powering the fans/lights/thermometer off my XBOX... PICS:
Xbox (w/ top off)
(Xbox) Strategicly wired to...
Power the lights/fans(w/lighs)/thermometer (Top left led blocked by xbox
)
I really dont have a problem with the led/led fans, but I'd think it be 1337 to be able to turn the on/off. So I was looking at this: http://www.logisyscomputer.com/viewsku.asp?SKUID=RM01&DID=ACCESSORY
Looks good, and I'm not too shabby with my soldering iron...so... I'm wondering tho, how many accessories can I have this hooked up to? It would be stupid to only have the lights... or have to buy three of them (I want to power the 6 led lights, the 2 led fans, and preferably the thermometer..). Does any one know? I know that the info on the remote says:
Receiver Input Voltage: 12VDC
Receiver Output Voltage: 12VDC
Receiver Output Current: 2 Amp Maximum
But does that mean I have to only work it into 1 molex?
Should I do this?
I also have two other ideas,
1: put my xbox psu (daughterboard) in my case (or just the power button i guess), and wire it to have a switch on the front, or
2: http://www.xoxide.com/militaryswitch.html
I think that idea is 1337 too... (But the switch is red
although that CAN be painted
)
So all help is appreacited (sp to the max) THX!!!
