LightIRC - How to "install"?

I want to try this new IRC client, i've found, but it's not installed as an app, so you run it through your browser, meaning it runs on Flash.
Since i have no experience on this, i am asking you.
How do i "install" and use this IRC client?

Setup:
- Open config.js with a text editor and change/add parameters if necessary. Read http://redmine.lightirc.com/projects/lightirc/wiki/Customization_parameters for a list of all parameters.
- Upload all files and folders to your webspace
- Navigate your browser to index.html

Basically you have to upload the files to a webserver and run it there. You could set up your own local instance easily with XAMPP.

Personally I prefer CIRC for Chrome, it syncs all your IRC servers across browsers and doesn't look awful like a lot of IRC clients out there.
