lights?

ok so i want to have these lights from radioshack

and im kinda new to modding but i want to add these two my system but i dont know how to hook them up do they go into a usb slot in my computer or do i have to splice them into a four pin plug?

The lights plug into an inverter (which comes with the lights) that plugs into a 4-pin molex connector.
