line in laptop screen

Hi.
I have a Dell lattitude 600. When I reloaded windows, a thin line appeared on the Right hand side of the screen. Do any one know what problem caused this?

could be a hair inside something, could be a string od dead pixels, could be a crack in the case at the back that is letting fluid out, claim something on your waranty or take it to a specialist

once i saw such a line on my screen too. guess what it was some crap spyware dialogue box. only it was transparent, but i could see it shadow on desktop.

it was gone when i un-installed some software..try it....

but if its hardware, u will see the line in every application, even while booting....look for it..
