Hello.
I presently have comodo firewall, and i think it's having compatibility issues with Windows 8 64bit.
It works, but at times when i right click on the comodo icon in tray and select the option to disable the firewall, or enable behavior blocker, nothing happens. I right click again and i find that the firewall is still on (or the behavior blocker is still off). At times, a simple restart solves the problem. But then there are times when i restart and it still won't work. Repeatedly restart 3 or 4 times, and it works again (works as in it let's me turn on/ turn off the firewall by right clicking the tray icon).
m planning to get rid of it and get the Zone Alarm 2013 free firewall.
unfortunately, i looked all over google and couldn't find a link for the offline installer, everywhere i go, i find a 2 MB live installer. I absolutely HATE live installers. My internet connection is unstable and live installers almost always fail half way thru. I need an offline installer, or i need to keep using the buggy comodo firewall. Can someone here please post a link for the offline installer of zone alarm 2013 personal firewall (free version)? Thanks and happy new year.
Wonder why they have to make an offline installer so hard to find. Comodo offers an offline installer, why won't ZA do the same? Weird.
