linksys issue

so im out at my parents house for a little bit and they stopped having internet for a while and finally got it back. for some reason the linksys isnt putting out a signal anymore. its got the cable coming from the modem plugged in and im on the internet but i dono why i cant get on when using a laptop. do i need to get new drivers or is there some setting i should look at on the computer. oh and the provider is comcast

Type this in to your webbrowser which is the routers local ip address.

http://192.168.1.1

The password should be admin, don't put anything for user name.

Look in the wireless settings area for ssid broadcast to make sure its enabled.
