The Kabylake-X lineup is weird. You're basically buying a Kabylake with less features for more money.

VROC is kinda weird as well... it only supports Intel branded nvme ssds. Whole thing seems ridiculous.. I'm beyond happy with what I picked for new rig..can't even see needing...nor wanting anything more for a few years... especially for my usage.
