What Linux Distro is the most like Windows in terms of the menus and functionality? I have never used Linux before, but want to try it out. Thanks.

theres a couple out there made to look just like windows. i don't have any experience with any of them, so you'll have to try them out for yourself.

honestly though, if you want to really try linux, you'll choose something like ubuntu or fedora. the learning curve really isn't that bad, and they're great for introducing you to the linux. the windows look a likes really won't give you a great linux experience IMO.

here is the top ten linux distribution page from distrowatch.com. i'd read through it and try a couple of these out. i'd recommend ubuntu though, as Irish said.

The first link, Linux XP, is not free, and the "Buy Now" buttons don't work.
It looks great though. lol

The second one looks like it's just a Theme, and not the whole OS.

Both look cool though.

yea the second one is a theme, and the first one has 30 day free trial. like i said, haven't tried either one.

EDIT: looks like the support for linux xp is beginning to fade, i'd stear clear from that one.
